Briiv
Briiv is an air purifier designed for home and office spaces. Briiv uses renewable and natural materials in place of the standard filters found in most purifiers. The filter media are made of moss, coconut husk and a silk-carbon matrix, and all filter media are compostable. The base and filter housing are made from a bio-plastic polymer based on elephant grass. The unit stands 220 mm high, measures 160 mm wide and weighs 900 g. Speed and duration can be set through a smartphone application or a touchless interface on the front.
Briiv Air Purification by Ryan Ward was recognized as an exceptional illustration of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition.
