Redefine Femininity

“Redefine Femininity” explores the relationship between the body and the shapes of clothing in order to give a new meaning of sexuality and femininity by creating new modern forms of clothing. Women in tight-fitted and hourglass shape are always represented to be sexy and feminine. To break the boundary, the silhouette of this collection is either outrageous or flat rectangular shape pattern without any darts and seams. Not just being sexually attractive, do women still show her own traits and personalities through the modern and unusual shapes of clothing.

Modern Folklore

This collection is clearly inspired from the traditional folkwear of eastern Europe, yet the clean silhouettes read more 'Hollywood Classic' than 'Traditional Costume'. With clean silhouette lines borrowed from the 40s, 70s, and 90s... the mark of vintage Hollywood films is equally clear. Traditional motifs exude a hand made aesthetic... as if they had indeed been made by hand in a small village with painstaking attention to Detail. These vibrantly colored pieces are fun, chic, original, and a surefire conversation starter... that you'll be likely to keep forever.

Ludovica Misso

This collection was born from the designer's passion about menswear textures. Prints are inspired by pinstripes and herringbone waves revisited and hand drawn by the designer using watercolor and tempera blending her feminine and ethereal taste with the textures from menswear’s fabrics. All pieces are made in chiffon to give to the garments versatility, they indeed, can be worn on the beach with a swimsuit underneath or for a special evening event wearing a slip. They can be refined, elegant, sexy but strong and unique.

Bittersweet

These garments are part of the collection Bittersweet which is a fusion of Prison and Barbie. The combination of the ruffles and tube alike cages, iron constructions as well as the combination of jet black and pale pink symbolizes the contrast of bitter and sweet in a dramatic way. Raising awareness to break free from mental constriction and limits made by ourselves. There are so many prisons, so many invisible, because they only exist in people's minds !

Ready for Santorini

With a work that looked very challenging, Designer, Lissa Yeon Yi Koo tried to make this collection fun by using fabrics of both neoprene and laces. As she claims, the neoprene made the design sporty. And the lace, which made it extremely feminine. By combining a few different feelings in a single work, this dress expresses a class of elegance and sportiness while not one overbearing another.
